Extremely Out Numbered!

It's A Boy!!
Yesterday Chad and I went to Spokane to get a closer look at the baby's heart, and we came home very happy and relieved. They did an in depth ultrasound and so far his heart looks fine and growth wise he is right where he is supposed to be. After we get to Michigan we'll need to do a EKG when I am farther along just to look a little closer. Are we excited to have another boy? oh ya! Chad posed the question "What does Heavenly Father want us to do with all these boys? Raise an army?" My reply was that he was probably right, but who better to raise and army than Chad. I am excited to have a house full of crazy boys, I'll just have to sick to painting my own finger nails.

Showered with Blessings, We are so Thankful.
Heavenly Father has answered all our prayers. Yesterday we heard that Chad got the job with Toyota in Michigan. All the things that we have been worried about as far as transferring from full time students to a real profession have been taken care of. Lets just say that Toyota know how to take care of their employees. This job is so perfect for Chad and is what he has been working so hard for. Our home is full of excitement right now with moving and starting a new life, which will include a new addition to our family in May. Quade and Kaden are so excited to be big brothers, they are even willing to sell their cool car beds and get bunk beds to make room for the baby. The only prayer we need answered now is that Kaden won't be a complete monster on our four day trip to Michigan. Heavenly Father really does answer our prayers, paying tithing helps to.

My Husband Is Amazing!
I cannot praise Chad enough. He is a wonderful father and a very caring husband. One thing that Chad does that I love so much is that he never yells at our boys from across the room. He always gets up walks over to them and whispers in their ear what he needs to talk to them about. Chad has been working hard finishing up his last semester in school and trying to find a job. He was actually chosen to be the cover boy of the Engineering department this year. He wasn't to thrilled about having to do pictures but I think it was good for him. The university sent out a pamphlet with Chad's pictures and story on it then they did a spread on the web about him. I don't know how to link but this is the address www.uidaho.edu/engr. What else can I say I married up.

Family Pictures That Turned Out:
We went to Pendleton Oregon a month a go for the round-up. Chad's aunt was there and she offered to take family pictures of us. Thanks Aunt Janice.

Sorry, I know I haven't posted anything in 6 months. I don't have a good reason why I haven't either. If Erin can keep hers up to date then I can too. I know Erin is a busy girl. My next posts will not be in any order, but you'll be able to see what we're up to and how the boys have changed.

Family Pictures: We took family pictures a while ago next to this cool old red barn, or I guess I should say we tried to take family pictures. Things just started off bad when we had to wake the boys up from naps. They were so grumpy that they refused to smile or sit down. Then Chad didn't have time to get a hair cut and when he jelled his hair it all clumped together and made him look like he was going bald. He is thinning a little but not that bad. I would have to have permission to post any of those pictures but we did have a good laugh with a couple of close friends.

Crazy Easter Egg Hunts: We got up and headed to the park. It wasn't a very warm day but we figured we'd get outside. It was crazy there were kids and parents everywhere. Parents were coaching their kids and kids were crying because of the stress. At the park Quade and I ran as fast as we could and got one egg. Then we went to the mall were there was 8 thousand eggs. Lets just say we made up for not getting anything at the park. Then right after Quade won the cake walk. What a fun day.

Easter Weekend With Grandma and Grandpa Contor: We had a great weekend. It's always fun to have family come. We dyed eggs four different ways. We used Erin's idea, and had loved opening them also.

Quade has been going through a phase where he has been expressing himself through his clothing. This is what he's come up with so far.

Happy Birthday to Me: I had I great day. Quade and Kaden made me a Cinderella cake and I got an ipod. It sure makes cleaning a lot more bearable, and Chad and I have had fun finding music we like. Thanks for all the phone calls, it made the day so fun.

Going To The Temple: Chad and I haven't been to the temple for a long time. We finally made a day trip of it. Chad and I switched off and the boys got to spend the day playing outside. It was great to go back to the temple. I even ran into a girl from Bear Lake I graduated with.

Quade helped me plant seeds in front of our apartment. He stuck with me the whole time and was a big helper.

Hiking along the river. We only went a mile but it took us two hours because we like to explore.

Kaden loves to play with sticks.

Quade getting dirty outside.

Spring Break
It was warm over the break so of course we headed for the hills. We went shooting and went for a hike and threw big rocks in the river. Kaden loves to go for walks in the mountains, and Quade always finds some project to work on.

A couple of weeks ago Kaden and I joined a play group. We go every Wednesday for a couple of hours. They sometimes have field trips, so this week we went to the small airport here. It was really neat. We watched a few Ag planes take of then we got to see a big jet come in and take off again. We got to stand right next to the runway, and Kaden even got to sit in one of the small airplanes. Quade was very disappointed that he had to go to school and that he is to old for this play group.

Kaden went outside to play without his coat on and when I told him to come in and put it on this was his reply, "Batman doesn't wear a coat Mom."
